United Healthcare has acquired United Medical Resources, the two companies announced on Wednesday. United Healthcare’s Southwest Ohio network provides access to more than 6,000 physicians and 47 hospitals.

Gluckman said that United Medical Resources, which has more than 120 customers in the healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and service industries, will maintain its headquarters in the Cincinnati area. The company manages more than 1,400 health plans for more than 400,000 members.

Create One Healthcare ID

Your One Healthcare ID must contain the following:

  • 6 to 50 characters
  • at least one letter
  • No space
  • no accented letters
  • None of these symbols: % + ” & [ \ ] ^ ‘ { | } < > # , / ; ( ): * = ~

Create password

Your password must contain the following:

  • Between 8 and 100 characters
  • At least one capital letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • at least 1 number
  • No spaces and no & symbol
